Who May Apply:

PUBLIC JOB NOTICE: Open to all U.S. Citizens.

MERIT PROMOTION: Federal employees with competitive status and reinstatement eligibles.

Current and former Federal employees who meet the established criteria in an Office of Personnel Management Interchange Agreement.
